2024 Youth Camp Registration

We are excited to welcome back any and all youth football players ages 5-14 to our annual Timberwolves Football Youth Camp! Part of a successful Jackson High School Football Program is engaging and pouring into our up and coming Timberwolves Football Stars!

The JHS Youth Camp is put on by current JHS Football Players and Coaches

Our focus this year will be on fundamental, offensive and defensive drills, and what it means to "Rep the Pack"!

DATE:

JULY 29th - 31st

TIME:

5-7 pm

WHERE:

JHS Turf Football Field

CAMP OPTIONS:

Option 1 Cost $55: Enrolling in the regular youth camp. Includes Camp T Shirt.

Option 2 Cost $80: Enrolling in the regular camp + the Wolves and Pup Program.

The wolves and pups program gets your child:

Paired with a current JHS Football Player focusing on upperclassmen pairings.
Includes an exclusive Wolves and Pups Shirt.
Includes a digital picture emailed out of your Pup and Wolf together at camp.
Includes invitation to the Wolves and Pups Seahawk Game Party. We all get together and watch the Seahawks game on tv, we will do this pot luck style, bring a dish or food to share. There will be activities to do as well.
Date to be determined when the seahawk schedule gets posted. Most likely a Sunday 1pm game or Sunday night game.
Includes on field half time experience at first home football game of the year, greeting the JHS Varsity football players and coaches as they re-take the field!
Your paired JHS Football Player (Wolf) will do their best to attend one football game of their pups during season and cheer them on from the side lines if they are playing in the JR League.
Includes invitation to the Wolves and Pups Annual flag football game.

As a parent or guardian of a student planning to participate in summer activities, I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to do the following:

I acknowledge that the activity of JHS Youth Football Summer Camp entails many risks of injury, even when played in an instructional clinic environment. These risks of injury include, but are not limited to, death, serious neck and spinal injuries (which may result in complete or partial paralysis), brain damage, serious injury to virtually all internal organs, bones, joints, liga- ments, muscles, tendons and other aspects of the muscular skeletal system, and serious injury or impairment to other aspects of the body, general health, and well-being.

I further certify that my child has no medical or physical conditions which could interfere with his/her safety in this activity or else I am willing to assume and bear the costs of all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by and such condition.

Additional Waiver

I am fully aware of the special dangers and risks inherent in participating in on or off campus summer activities in the sport listed previously, including physical injury and/or death. I hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless Everett School District youth camps employees, suppliers, sponsors, and participants for any and all liability and for any and all injuries or illness incurred while at camp. Being fully aware of the risks, I hereby give per- mission for my son/daughter to participate in the activities initialed on page one of this document.
