To place an order: Print & fill out the form, attach a check to JHS Football Boosters, and return it to the weight room (coaches have an envelope to collect them).  Orders will be sent to vendor on three separate dates:  August 12, August 22, August 29.  Expect 7-10 day turnaround time (but no guarantees).
