The goal of the JHS Football Strength and Conditioning program is to build stronger, flexible, and quicker athletes in order to minimize injuries and enhance performance on the field. Every player is expected to participate in the program and should track their progress through
Plan on attending weight room at least 3 days per week. Be focused, be engaged, and be ready to win!
